Ryan Pergola.
From gym floors to trading floors.
I build systems that run without me — then I build the next one.
The Operator's Arc
I'm not a "tech bro" or a "guru". I'm a builder who has operated real businesses with real P&Ls for 20 years.
Ryan Pergola is a serial entrepreneur who has built, scaled, and exited businesses across fitness, real estate, construction, solar, and AI.
My journey didn't start in a text editor. It started in fitness, real estate, and construction—industries built on hard work, but often constrained by manual processes and operational friction.
Family Fitness Centers (2006–2025)
I founded and operated Family Fitness Centers in New Port Richey, Florida—a multi-location fitness business that I ran for nearly 20 years.
When COVID-19 hit, I navigated the pandemic shutdown, pivoted operations, and used the disruption as an opportunity to maximize exit value rather than panic sell. This culminated in a strategic staged exit, ultimately completing a 7-figure exit.
This experience shaped my approach to systems thinking: build something that runs without you, then exit on your terms.
After becoming a partner at Team Armored Roofing in 2022 to help systemize and improve operations while increasing revenue and profits, I saw firsthand where the bottlenecks were. The solution wasn't just working harder; it was building systems that could scale without adding headcount.
Today, I operate at the intersection of AI, real estate, and financial systems. I build autonomous platforms that handle complex workflows, from AI-powered sales agents for home services to multi-agent swarms executing quantitative trading strategies.
